Appointment & Availability
- All services are subject to professional availability at the requested time and location
- Scheduled time slots may vary due to traffic, prior appointments, or unforeseen circumstances
- Same-day service is offered as a best-effort basis and is subject to slot availability
- HealAtDoor will communicate any delays or changes to the patient as promptly as possible
Risk Acknowledgement
By booking a service with HealAtDoor, the patient and/or their authorised family member acknowledges and accepts the following:
- Home healthcare services may involve minor risks such as temporary discomfort or pain during physiotherapy treatment
- In rare cases, complications may arise depending on the patient's individual health status, pre-existing conditions, or response to treatment
- All care is administered by trained professionals following standard care protocols
Emergency Responsibility
HealAtDoor professionals are trained for home-based care, not emergency intervention. In the event of a medical emergency during a session:
- The patient or family members are responsible for arranging emergency hospital care or an ambulance
- HealAtDoor staff will assist in calling emergency services if required but are not responsible for emergency hospitalisation, transport, or associated costs
- Our professionals will follow basic first-response protocols while awaiting professional emergency assistance
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, HealAtDoor shall not be held liable for any loss, injury, or damages arising from:
- Pre-existing or underlying medical conditions of the patient
- Unforeseen complications resulting from the patient's individual health factors
- Delays, cancellations, or rescheduling due to external or uncontrollable factors
- Any events beyond HealAtDoor's reasonable control (force majeure)
- Information inaccurately provided by the patient or family at the time of booking
Staff Conduct & Safety
HealAtDoor is committed to maintaining the highest standards of professional conduct and patient safety:
- All professionals are expected to maintain respectful, ethical, and professional behaviour at all times
- Patients and family members must provide a safe, clean, and respectful environment for our professionals to work in
- Any form of verbal abuse, physical harm, or inappropriate behaviour toward our staff will result in immediate termination of the service without refund
- HealAtDoor reserves the right to terminate services and report incidents to appropriate authorities
Personal Belongings
HealAtDoor takes no responsibility for the personal belongings of the patient or household during a service visit.
- Patients are solely responsible for the security of their valuables, cash, jewellery, and personal items during home visits
- HealAtDoor shall not be held liable for any loss unless direct misconduct by a HealAtDoor professional is proven
- Any suspected theft or misconduct must be reported immediately to HealAtDoor management via our official contact number
Communication Consent
By registering or booking a service with HealAtDoor, you explicitly consent to receiving communications from us, including:
- Service confirmations, appointment reminders, and scheduling updates
- Session progress reports and post-care follow-ups
- Promotional offers or health-related updates (opt-out available on request)

Service Refusal & Termination
HealAtDoor reserves the right to refuse or terminate services under the following circumstances:
- The patient's home environment is deemed unsafe, unsanitary, or hazardous for the professional
- The patient or any household member engages in misconduct, abuse, or harassment
- The patient's medical condition requires emergency or hospital-level care beyond the scope of home services
- There is a violation of any policy outlined in these Terms & Conditions
Changes to Terms
HealAtDoor reserves the right to update, modify, or revise these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice to the user.

- Continued use of HealAtDoor's services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms
- Significant changes may be communicated via WhatsApp or SMS to registered users
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
- All disputes, claims, or matters arising from the use of HealAtDoor's services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India
- Both parties agree to attempt resolution through mutual discussion before initiating legal proceedings
